Prudence says you do not risk a ship or implnts that you can not replace. Without the money that can be made in Empire, this means many players will be stuck with +1 imps and frigates/destroyers unable to break out of empire without being adopted ...

My main concern with Dust, is the eve players becoming dependant on the dust players to keep the planets. Two seperate games depending on the other to remain active isn't the brightest thing in the world. I hope CCP has a backup plan.
